

He was born on March 8,1935 in Westchester NY to Michael and Josephine Mascari. He married his soul mate, Mary Louise, on September 19,1959 and they remained married for 54 years until her passing in 2014.
Frank received his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Manhattan College in 1956. He went to work for the Federal Aviation Administration and stayed nearly 40 years until his retirement in 1994.
Frank loved spending time with his family and friends, bowling and watching sports. Mostly the Yankees and NY Giants.
Frank is survived by his 3 children, Cathy Greene (sp Jim), Anthony Mascari (sp Jennifer) and Jackie Harrison (sp John), as well as 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Frank represented the very best of humanity. He loved his wife, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren unconditionally. His moral values and integrity defined the ideal way to lead a meaningful life. He was kind, compassionate, selfless, and always put others needs before his own.
He didn’t look for recognition, never complained, never spoke unkindly of others, and never passed judgement. Frank left this world a better place. He was the ultimate example of true decency and goodness.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in his name to the Alzheimer’s foundation, and Tidewell hospice.
A funeral mass will be held at St Joseph, Husband of Mary church on Sahara Ave in Las Vegas NV on July 19th, 2025 at 10am. Burial will be at Bunker Memorial Garden cemetery, 7251 W Lone Mountain Rd, Las Vegas NV at 11:30am on the 19th. A reception will follow from 1 to 3pm at Palm Mortuary, 1600 S Jones Blvd. Las Vegas NV.
