Frank James McCarter of Las Vegas, NV passed away at the age of 96 on Monday, September 8, 2025. Frank was born in Muskogee, OK. Frank was married to his wife Norma McCarter for 77 years. He is survived by 3 daughters, 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Frank loved all sports. In his younger years he was an avid golfer and in even younger years he was captain of his high school football team.
Frank was a hard worker and a selfless father. He was a true friend to everyone, always willing to help his neighbors. He was loved and will be missed by all.
