

Gary Trager, 74, of Las Vegas, Nevada, was born on March 9, 1951, in Boise, Idaho. He grew up in Wichita, Kansas, and proudly served his country for 21 years in the United States Air Force as a Security Police Officer.
Gary was preceded in death by his parents, Forrest and Dolores Trager, and his brother, Rick Trager.
He is survived by his wife, Sherry Trager; his sisters, Sharon Langston and Linda (KC) Stroman; and his children, Mike (Abbie), Chris, Michelle, Kimberly (Charles Inmotto), and Jessica (Timothy Bertie). Gary was a devoted grandfather to Jacob, Nathan, Joshua, Hailey, Sierra, Noah, Devin, Madisen, Mackenzie, Makaylah, Matthew, Connor, Faith, Michaela, Frances, and Liana, as well as a proud great-grandfather to six great-grandchildren. He is also survived by many cherished nieces and nephews.
Gary was a devoted fan of the Anaheim Angels and rarely missed watching a game. He enjoyed fishing, camping, and, most of all, spending quality time with his grandchildren. Gary valued his friendships deeply and stayed in close contact with friends from high school, the U.S. Air Force, Roadway Express, Wal-Mart, and the Aliante Casino.
Gary will be remembered for his dedication to family, service to his country, and the many lives he touched throughout his journey.
