

George M. Tiffany III passed away on May 4th 2025 at Summerlin Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was born on September 26, 1942 in Cleveland Ohio to Verona and George Tiffany Jr. His youth was spent growing up in the Cleveland area where he graduated from Euclid High School. After high school he went on to attend Purdue University where he graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Chemical Engineering. Following college, he embarked on a thirty-year career with Exxon Chemical which took him all over the world from Peru to India and Japan to England. When he was not working, he was spending time with his family coaching sports or volunteering with local charities. During his life he received recognition for his charitable contributions by the Mayor of Houston, Tx as well as First Lady Nancy Reagan. He will be remembered for his story-telling, sense of humor and his ability to constantly surprise his grandchildren by finding silver dollars behind their ears; a tradition passed down from his grandfather.
George is survived by his wife of 53 years, Margaret, sister Linda, son Kevin, daughter in law Katlyn, grandchildren Serenity, Ethan and Jackson and numerous cousins and friends. He will be missed greatly.
