Grace Maureen Miller

Grace Miller a retired hair stylist and entrepreneur passed away peacefully a week after her 97th birthday on October 20, 2016. She was born on October 13, 1919 in Hungary and had been in Nevada for over 25 years. Grace was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, George Miller; and her daughter, Joyce Bessette. Grace leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter, Lorraine Stizza (Paul); son, Robert Miller (Terri); eight grandchildren, Jenifer Bessette, Paul (PJ) Bessette (Brendan), Nick Singleton (Missy), Trevor Miller (Katie), Michael Miller and Chad Miller, Michael and Paulie Stizza; twelve great- grandchildren, Christopher, Andrew, Tyler, Johnathan, Mathew, Ryan, and Chase Stizza, Ayla Singleton, Kailee, Caden, Rena, and Kara Schwartz, son-in-law, Paul Bessette; sister-in-law, Clair Peck; and extended family members. A visitation will be held in her honor on Friday, November 4th from 10:00am to 12:00pm at Palm South Jones Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV and following a graveside service at 1:20pm, Grace will be laid to rest at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veterans Memorial Drive, Boulder City, NV 89005.
