Every once in awhile you meet a couple who are not just in love, but they are best of friends. Do everything together. I met Greg & Carla in Rockford, IL. We lived very close to each other. My husband and I spent many nights with Greg & Carla. Either camping , motorcycle runs or in their garage it was always the best of times.  This is such a loss for all who knew him. He loved you Carla so very much. You were his everything. I’m so sorry.  He is with you always. Watching over you, until you meet again.  Sending Prayers to you all.  When you are ready to reach out we’re here for you always.

Way to many memories to write.  I met Greg 17 years ago and fired him when I took over the company.  He then invited me over to dinner and I got to know him and hired him back the same day.  We became best friends.  He had a way with people that no one could match.  All the pranks him and I would do, will never be forgotten.  He will always be in my heart I loved that guy.  I will miss you!!

Over the last several years, Greg went from an occasional to my primary travel agent to a great friend.  I'll never forget when a few years ago,  some of us were stuck in Vegas for Thanksgiving.  Greg and Carla invited us to their house for Thanksgiving dinner.  THAT'S family,  THAT WAS Greg!!!  Rest in peace  buddy.  I'll miss you!!!!

One of the Greatest guys to work with. Greg always took care of his driver's, if it was possible. He was always such a fun person to be around.  

Greg loved God and Country. But, most of all, he Loved Carla!!

couple years ago some driver were stuck in the TA for Thanksgiving  and Greg and Carla open the doors of their beautiful home to all of us so we could spend Thanksgiving as a big family, he always try to get loads for us so that we could support our family he was a great friend and will be miss. RIP MY FRIEND. UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN.

I remember moving Greg n Carla from Illinois  to Las Vegas.Greg was amazed how well packed their  furnishings  were wrapped. I do know how hard his job was, and what a great job he did at it. Many will miss you Greg...Know how much no matter what  you always did your best.RIP GREG. CYNTHIA

Oh there are so many but one that stands out is every time we come in or Greg would get there after us he always pulled his knife out when JR tried to kiss him, so one morning JR decided he was gonna pull his little pocket knife on Greg that morning, well Greg didn’t have his knife but he had his gun!! JR folded his little knife up put it back in his pocket. We will miss you Greg!! Love you Carla!!

I’m going to miss talking to you most mornings about what kind of freight you had for the day. We all know you got tired of us, but we were your pain and you were our pain in the Hinney. We all think we have all the time in the world before we meet our maker, but it’s said that man knows not the time nor the day of our demise. Greg lived his life to the fullest,and the love of his life was Carla. Greg your going to be missed by all. RIP my friend my God keep your soul safe and sound. 

We will miss all the fun adventures with you and Carla. 

One of my favorite memories was my last encounter with Greg we sat in the TA bar and lounge area and talked for about 45 minutes his support of me going through my tough times  losing my wife  2 weeks before his passing. We hug each other at the end and he told me he would be there for me if I needed him for anything. you know what Greg I know if I look up in the sky  I know you're up there you will still be there for me. Rest in peace my friend

Greg will forever be in the hearts of everyone that knew him. He was such a joy to be around, always smiling and happy to see you. We’re gonna miss you, Greg. Peace and love to Carla and your extended family.

I will miss you Greg.  Our friendship goes back over 30 years.  We had so many good times and you left us far too early.  But you will always be a part of my heart.  Your legacy lives on with Carla, Samantha and your grandkids.  You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Greg was an angel to me when my husband, Gerald was going thru his cancer journey.  Greg kept me rolling thru Texas so we could meet all the cancer appts.  But what most don't know is the times I would go to his office and he would lend me his shoulder to cry on and then the times we sat there and prayed together. He helped me so much during that trying time. He has a heart of gold and I will be forever grateful that our paths crossed.  Greg keep Gerald company and I'll see yall one of these days!

My sincere condolences for the loss of Greg's life here on Earth. He was such a nice guy and him and Carla loved riding together and doing charity events especially for children. You will never be forgotten Greg. May you continue to ride in the heavens of Eternity until we all meet again someday.
