Harlyn M Ramos

With profound sadness and unwavering faith in Gods promise of eternal life, we announce the passing of Harlyn Morales Ramos, who peacefully departed this life on June 8, 2026, in Las Vegas, Nevada, at the age of 63.

Harlyn was born on October 27, 1962, in Babak, Island Garden City of Samal (IGACOS), Philippines, to her loving parents, Cesar and Chonie Morales. From an early age, she displayed exceptional intelligence, determination, and a strong sense of purpose. Her academic excellence was evident early on, graduating from both elementary and high school as Salutatorian. This strong foundation paved the way for a lifelong pursuit of learning, growth, and achievement. She earned her first bachelor’s degree from Ateneo de Davao University, graduating with highest honors. She later became a full-scholarship exchange student at the University of Hawaii, where she completed her second bachelor’s degree and met her husband, Alex. Continuing her dedication to personal and professional development, she went on to earn a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, where she also graduated with highest honors. A woman of remarkable intellect and integrity, Harlyn built a distinguished career in finance and public service. She served as a Senior Underwriter with the Department of Urban Housing and Development and also worked as an FDIC Auditor. Throughout her professional life, she was respected for her diligence, expertise, and unwavering dedication to excellence.

While her accomplishments were many, Harlyn's greatest pride and joy were her family. She was deeply devoted to her parents, husband, children, siblings, nieces, and nephews, always offering guidance, encouragement, and unconditional love. Thoughtful and meticulous by nature, she was known for being prepared for every situation and often seemed to be five steps ahead of everyone else. Her wisdom, generosity, and steadfast support made her a pillar of strength to those fortunate enough to know her.

Harlyn was a woman of profound faith and spirituality. A devoted member of the Iglesia Ni Cristo, she actively served as a Deaconess and Locale Auditor in the locale of North Las Vegas. Her dedication to her Christian faith extended beyond her local congregation, as she participated in and supported church activities on local, national, and global levels. Her faith was the cornerstone of her life and a source of inspiration to many. Beyond her work and service, Harlyn embraced life with enthusiasm and grace. She enjoyed collecting designer handbags and jewelry, finding beauty in timeless pieces. She was an exceptional cook whose beloved mayonnaise-baked salmon became a favorite among family and friends, though her culinary talents extended far beyond a single dish. She loved exploring the world through travel, creating cherished memories in Japan, Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, and her beloved homeland, the Philippines. At home, Harlyn found joy in sharing lifes simple pleasures with her husband, Alexander. Together, they enthusiastically rooted for the San Francisco 49ers, celebrating victories and weathering defeats side by side. Their partnership was marked by love, companionship, and countless treasured moments.

Harlyn will be remembered for her intelligence, determination, generosity, deep faith, and unwavering devotion to those she loved. Her legacy lives on in the lives she touched, the family she cherished, and the example she set through a life of service, excellence, and Christian faith.

Though she will be deeply missed, her family finds comfort in the memories she leaves behind and in the hope of Gods promises.

A visitation will be held at Palm Mortuary - Northwest, 6701 North Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89131, US, on June 19, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, followed by a funeral service at the same location on June 19, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

A graveside service will take place at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veterans Mem, Boulder City, NV 89005, US, on June 22, 2026, from 9:20 am to 10:05 am.
