Hazel Ellen Thomas, formerly of Southern California, passed away in Las Vegas on July 22, 2011. Born in Los Angeles, California on Christmas Eve, December 24, 1949, Hazel was active in the acting community as a talent manager. She is survived by her loving husband David Jean Thomas. She will be laid to rest at Forest Lawn- Hollywood Hills Cemetery. Arrangements under the direction of Palm Cheyenne Mortuary, Las Vegas, NV.
