Henry Edward Collins Jr., age 86, of North Las Vegas, Nevada passed away on Tuesday, January 21, 2025. Henry was born on Sunday, September 12, 1938 on Ottumwa, Iowa, to the late Henry Edward Collins Sr. and Elsie Lucille Collins (McGoldrick).
Henry was a 24 year veteran of the US Navy and served during the Vietnam War.
He is survived by his wife, Ruby; four children, Carol, Dave, John, and Cheryl; 10 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild. Henry is also survived by 4 brothers.
A visitation for Henry will be held Monday, February 3, 2025 from 7:30 AM to 8:00 AM at Palm Mortuary - Northwest, 6701 North Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89131. A funeral service will occur Monday, February 3, 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM, 6701 North Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89131. A committal service will occur Monday, February 3, 2025 from 10:40 AM to 11:20 AM at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veterans Mem, Boulder City, NV 89005.
