My deepest sympathy for your family and father, he must miss his bride.  Memories to treasure, they will always be with you, whatever you do and wherever you go.

We're so sorry to hear of Hildegard's passing.  We have thought and spoke of Rolf and Hildegard throughout the years and we always said, "We'd love to see them".  I'm sorry it didn't happen!  I'll always remember how Hildegard invited us into her home and shared her love of her family with us.  She was so proud of her family!  I will never forget Hildegard.  I hope you all will be doing better with time.  Take comfort in all the love & joy that your mother & wife has given to you.

I am grieving with you and your whole family.  Hildegard was a wonderful person.  I met her first in 1997 when we came to visit.  She welcomed us like good old friends and made us feel at home from the very moment. We met again during their short visit to Germany.  We had good times then too.  I will keep her in my mind as a precious friend.

In your name, and memory, a tree is being planted.  Hildegard Moser is being honored with the gift of a tree, planted in one of our National Forests.  Your tree, a gift that endures, will help replenish a magnificent forest and preserve the habitat of the wildlife that call it their home.

I'm sorry for your loss.  May God give you and your family peace in you time of sorrow.

I can still recall the many nights when I came home from my waitressing job when I was 16 years old.  I would come home between 11pm & midnight, or even later, depending on the night and how cleanup would go.  I would try so hard to be quiet entering the house, but you always heard me.  You would come down the stairs in your robe and socks and ask, “How was your night?”  I would simply say, “Fine”.  Then you would count all of my tips for me, as I cleaned up and got ready for bed.  Once you were done counting my tips, you would tell me just how “good” of a night I had.    I could see you were proud of me.  This is probably my favorite memory of you, Mom.  It was my time with you, no one else's.   Thanks Mom.

We will always remember Hildegard as a warmhearted and cheerful person. And we are happy that we might share a lot of common memories of wonderful days spent with Hildegard and Rolf during our visits to their home in the last years.

Thank God I had the pleasure to meet her and share some moments with her. Eventhough these moments were short, I could realize, that she was a dear person with a great heart. God bless her soul, God bless her family.

I recall the numerous giggle fits we use to have on your trips to visit me in Colorado.  We had several good ones here in Vegas too.  I miss you so much already but the memories of our happy times always makes me feel better.  You were the best mom and in my single years a wonderful friend and counselor.  I LOVE YOU!

Mom you carried us, loved us, and provided for us.
You were "Mom", Our world...  Our everything!

Mom, you were always at home...
We never needed a key...  
And if by chance you weren't there, 
We knew exactly where you would be.

Mom, you waited for us patiently 
day after day.
You listened to our stories, 
and what we had to say.

Mom, you held us in our tears and our fears
and you always praised us in our cheers.  

Mom, you were the one we played "scare" with 
in the house and turned out the lights. 
I remember the day I took the hose 
and sprayed the car in my sights. 
You came to our rescue even though I had fled.
You defended your kids no matter what had been said.

Mom, you were the one we ran to
when we hurt or scraped our knee.
It was you who comforted us
and who I hope to be.

Mom, you came to visit weeks at a time.
You stocked my fridge with food and meals secretly 
as if it were a crime. 

Mom, You were always there.  
All you ever did, was Care.

Mom, I remember the cards you'd send, 
With tin-foil flattened inside.
Another example of the love you'd lend,
With twenty dollars as a surprise.

Mom, you loved your coffee, especially our Starbucks trips.
I always made sure to get you plenty of whip...

Mom, I hope you know I'll always love you
And how much you'll be missed.  

My coffee breaks will have a VOID
knowing you have gone... 
But in my heart, 
I know you'll always be with me 
just as the day I was born.

It was admirable to see how Hilde gracefully went wherever Rolf's jobs took him.  Also admirable was her handling of the family home and care of the children while Rolf was away on business, all over the world.  We have fond memories of our happy gatherings in Venezuela.

To  dear Hilde:

You have not left us, you remain in our hearts and mind.  Your body is here but you have gone to a wonderful place where you will be very happy and free of pain.

We have known you a life time and our friendship has endured and lasted.  You have always been a wonderful friend to us, since our time in Venezuela.

Your wonderful family will miss you tremendously,  just like all your friends will.  But all of us will remember you as a loving and caring person.
