A committal service for Jack will be held Wednesday, September 27, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Palm Downtown Cemetery, 1325 North Main St, Las Vegas, NV 89101. Following the committal service will be a reception from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Palm Downtown Mortuary, 1325 North Main St, Las Vegas, NV 89101.
