Jacqueline Velasquez, 22, passed away on October 03, 2014. She was born November 30, 1991 in Las Vegas, Nevada to Mr. Ernesto Velasquez and Marivel Jimenez. Jackie proudly served in the United States Army. Jackie is preceded in death by her brother, Angel Velasquez. She is survived by her loving mother, Marivel; father, Ernesto; step-father, Ricardo and brother Ricardo Jr. and a host of other family and friends. Jackie enjoyed family gatherings and will be missed greatly. Visitation is scheduled for Thursday, October 9, 2014 from 3:00pm – 7:00pm, Visitation Friday, October 10, 2014 from 11:00am – 1:00pm with Funeral Service at 1:00pm at Palm Mortuary 1325 N. Main Street followed by Graveside Service at Palm Memorial Park – Northwest.
