James E. Sandstrom, 80, passed away February 11, 2012 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Born March 16, 1931 in Chicago, Illinois, he had been a Nevada resident for 15 years. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He was a retired Architectural Engineer from a Commercial Design Firm. He is survived by his wife, Arlene in Las Vegas; son, Craig (& Karilyn) in Mesa, Arizona; daughter, Pamela (& Henry) Joseph in Roswell, Georgia and eight grandsons. Visitation will be held at Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Avenue, Las Vegas, on Monday, February 13 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. Funeral Outside Of Mass Service will be at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 1811 Pueblo Vista Drive, Las Vegas, on Tuesday, February 14 at 11:00am. Arrangements under the direction of Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada.
