

Janette R. Serrano, passed away on June 3, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family. She was born on June 24, 1951, in Cagayan, Philippines and lived a life defined by compassion, faith, hard work, and devotion to others.
Janette was a dedicated nurse for more than 50 years, touching countless lives through her kindness, skill, and unwavering commitment to caring for those in need. Her nurturing spirit extended beyond her profession and into every aspect of her life. She was known for her generous heart, tireless work ethic, and willingness to help anyone who needed her.
A faithful Catholic, Janette’s strong faith guided her throughout her life. She found comfort and strength in prayer and lived her values through acts of love, service, and compassion.
Above all, Janette cherished her family. She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Leonarda and Crisanto Raquepo, and her siblings, Carmen, Venerando, and Divina. She is lovingly survived by her husband, Paul Serrano; her children, Neilson Serrano and Nerrisha Serrano; her daughter-in-law, Jennifer G. Serrano; her beloved grandchildren, Jeneil, Jenessa, and Jenson; and her siblings, Aurea, Melvyn, Annielyn, Crisanto Jr. and Jennifer. Her family was her greatest joy, and she took immense pride in their accomplishments and happiness.
Janette will be remembered for her strength, determination, tireless work ethic, and selfless heart. She was always willing to help others, offer words of encouragement, and put the needs of her loved ones before her own. Her warmth, wisdom, and unwavering love touched countless lives and left a lasting legacy.
