James “Jimmie” Miltenberger, 92, a retired entrepreneur in the entertainment industry and founder of Sheri’s Ranch, passed away at home with his family by his side on April 7, 2016. He was born May 7, 1923 in Denver, Colorado and had been a resident of Nevada since 1951. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Kathryn Miltenberger and his three brothers, Johnny Kraker, Oscar and Robert Miltenberger; and a sister, June Green. Jimmie is survived by his daughters, Sandra Zepeda and Marsha Cooke; son, Larry Miltenberger; four granddaughters, Dominique Hurst, Stephanie Zepeda, Shannon Gurian, and Jennifer Riveira; eleven great-grandchildren, Jonathan, Taylor, Austin, Kaitlin, Brianna, Benjamin, Cole, Kendall, Grace, Collin, and Brandon. A memorial visitation will be held on Friday, April 15th from 1-3pm at Palm South Jones Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89156.
