Jimmie moved to Las Vegas, Nevada at an early age with her 5 children; Catherine, Charlie, Bennie, Percy, and Johnnie Newman. Later, Jimmie had 3 other children; Edward Jefferson, Barbara Beverly, and Anne Washington. She joined Full Gospel Deliverance of Pastor Alley Bass and Mother Ladd. She was a member from the years of 1974 to present. She remained with Full Gospel doctrines.
Jimmie Leola Chester-Newman leaves to mourn her loss, her three sons; Bennie Newman, Johnnie Newman, and Edward Jefferson, and one daughter, Anne Washington. Her four brothers; Johnnie Chester, Maine Chester, Willie Chester Jr., and Norvell Chester. Also a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great great-grandchildren. Jimmie was blessed and graced by God to see generations born.
