John R. Dorsett, age 79, passed away in Las Vegas, Nevada on April 3, 2011. He was born October 27, 1932 in Chicago, Illinois to parents David and Claudia (Villiers) Dorsett and had been a Nevada resident for 9 years. John was a retired electrical lineman. He is survived by nieces, Evelyn Dorsett in San Rafael, California; Carol Dorsett in Park Forest, Illinois; Karen (Richard) Juvinall in Hinsdale, Illinois; Claudia (Terry) Trembly in Chicago Heights, Illinois; Sharon Cook of Des Plaines, Illinois; Alice (Fred) Kubieck in Kansas, Illinois; and nephews, Ralph (Toni) Cook in Evergreen Park, Illinois; Donald Boedeker of Romeoville, Illinois; Craig Boedeker of Joliet, Illinois; John (Mary) Boedeker in Plainfield, Illinois; Brad (Kathy) Boedeker also in Plainfield, Illinois; Keith Boedeker of Romeoville, Illinois; and David Boedeker in Elgin, Illinois. All Services will be Private. Arrangements under the direction of Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada.
