Jose Ramiro Nieto

Jose Ramiro Nieto (Angel), 83, passed away on November 2, 2016, in Las Vegas, NV. He was born on September 26, 1933, in Vernon, TX to Luis and Jesusa Nieto. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother and uncle. He was loved and will be missed by all those who were a part of his life. He enjoyed the outdoors. Some of his hobbies were; hunting, fishing, gardening and family barbecues. He was also an excellent cook. He also enjoyed canning fruits, vegetables and his famous salsa. He enjoyed spoiling his grandkids and great grandkids. He always had a special saying for them and would emphasize the importance of education. Everyone enjoyed sitting with him and listening to his humorous stories full of wisdom from his younger years. Throughout his life he lived in Texas, Nevada and Utah. After retirement he settled in Las Vegas, NV. He is survived by his seven children Rosa (Raul) Gonzales, Manuela (Wayne) Johnson, Sylvia (Manny) Rivera, Teresa (Darrell) Berry, Maria Luisa Nieto, Maria Anita Tandle, Luis Ramiro Nieto, eight grandchildren, two great grandchildren, two brothers and two sisters. He is preceeded in death by his wife Eulogia V. Nieto, one grandson, two sisters and one brother.
