son, brother, uncle, and friend.
He was born in Honduras on October 21, 1961, and then migrated to the United States.
Once in the United States, he worked as a field worker in King City, California.
He and his wife relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada
in 1994 to pursue a better life for their family.
He became a business owner and taught himself the art of Jewelry.
As a father, Jose was kind and always willing. His children
looked up to him, adored him, and learned from him. He was
what a real father should be. Additionally, his son and daughter-in-law
were never made to feel like they were a son or daughter-in-law,
but instead, they were made to feel like his own children.
As a husband, he was gentle, supportive, and gave his love
unconditionally. Jose celebrated 45 years of marriage; and he
was bonded to his wife more and more with each year that passed.
As a grandfather, Jose never said no. He ensured that his
grandchildren were always happy, loved and protected.
Jose was a dear friend to many. Blessed were those that met
him, friended him, and he was blessed in return to have
wonderful friends that loved him.
Life for Jose was never to be taken too seriously. He was what
some would consider, “the life of the party”, and he never left
anyone out. He loved the Lord, loved his family, loved his
animals, and loved to do anything that involved the outdoors.
God came first, and family came second – teaching his family to
be thankful for the things they have.
Jose was respected, loved, and cherished; and he will be
remembered until the point in time in which we will see him
again.
