Joseph L. Bauman, 72, of Las Vegas, passed away Sept. 19, 2010. He was born April 8, 1938, in Eldorado, Ark., and was a 49-year resident of Nevada. Joe was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and was a fire fighter for the City of Las Vegas for 36 years. Joe was a loving husband to his wife, of 44 years, Kris. He is also survived by his son, Todd; daughter-in-law, Julie; four grandchildren, Gavin, Cameron, Myles and Dylan; mother, Sybil; and siblings, Vicki, Steve, Connie and Bonnie. Viewing will be 4-7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 24. Services will be at 11 a.m. Sept. 25, both at Palm Mortuary, 6701 N. Jones Blvd. Joe was greatly loved and will be missed by his family and all who knew him.
