Julie Ann Lindsay died peacefully on January 6, 2022 at the age of 59. Julie fiercely loved her family, and is survived by her husband, Robert Lindsay, father Richard E Graves, “Mum and Dad”, Alister and Ann Lindsay, sisters Karen Rood (Bill) and Donna Neeley (Steve), brother Richard Scott Graves, eight nieces and nephews and eight grand-nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her mother, Nona Graves.
Julie began her New York theatrical career in 1989. She was very proud of being the back end of the cow in her first Broadway show, “Gypsy” with Tyne Daly. She then enjoyed playing roles in numerous Broadway, national touring and regional productions. She loved working with her fellow cast and crew members, many of whom she remained friends with over the years.
Julie was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Las Vegas, Nevada where she sang in the choir and served as a lector for Mass.
Julie will be cremated and a funeral Mass and interment will be held in Louisville, Kentucky where she was born at a date still to be determined.
