Juliette was the beloved wife of Charles Kenneth Clarke; a devoted mother to Kevin, Ken, Kyra, and Kimberly Clarke; and a cherished grandmother to Alexander Clarke.
She will be fondly remembered for her dedication to education and her many years of service as an outstanding educator in both the United States Virgin Islands and in Las Vegas.
Julie’s life will be celebrated at a graveside service to be held at 10:00 a.m. on July 16, 2026, at Palm Northwest Mortuary & Cemetery, Las Vegas, Nevada.
