

Kathleen Carol Cook was born March 5, 1943, in Miles City, Montana. She grew up in Marmarth, North Dakota, and met and married George Cook in 1964. She was married to George for 10 years, and they had five children.
Kathy passed away Friday, November, 26, 2021 in Las Vegas, NV.
Kathy loved to travel and lived in several states and held various sales and promotion jobs before settling down in Las Vegas and working as a realtor for several years.
An avid lover of country music, Kathy had a great sense of humor, a quick smile, and an easy laugh. She loved to have fun and enjoyed all that Las Vegas had to offer well into her late
seventies. She was fashionable, always wearing the latest styles and tattooing flowers on her forearm later in life.
In late spring/early summer 2022 there will be a service for Kathy in Marmarth, North Dakota, and she will be buried there in a family plot next to her brother, mother, and father.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Patrick and Rose Flor and her brother, Mylan. She is also preceded in death by her partner of more than 35 years, Doug Mallula.
Kathy is survived by her brother Dan Flor (Linda) of Marmarth, ND, and her sister Linda Symanski (Paul), of Ft. Meyers, FL, of 5 children, Tina Procter of Las Vegas, NV, Karla Ogston of Lopez Island, WA, Tammy Crecelius of Las Vegas, NV, Kelley Donovan of Washington, D.C., and Jerry Cook of Las Vegas, NV, 15 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
