Kathryn "Kathy" Keiser Cobb passed away peacefully on July 22, 2014. Kathy was born in Mahanoy City, PA on July 19, 1929 to George and Elizabeth Keiser. She graduated high school and continued her education to become a nurse. She worked as a nurse for 23 years. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 39 years, Major William Cobb. She is survived by her sister, Mary (Neil) Sandberg of Los Angeles; brother, George R. Keiser of Pittsburgh, PA; daughter, Barbara LeVan of Las Vegas; step-sons Will Cobb and James Cobb of Las Vegas; and step-daughter, Sheila Tjeder of Norfolk, VA. Viewing will be at 10 am Thursday, July 31 at Palm Mortuary 6701 North Jones Boulevard, Las Vegas, NV. Graveside services will follow at 11 am at Palm Memorial Park - Northwest.
