Richard & Lucille Walker
We met Kay  and Floyd over 54 yrs ago,  our husbands were stationed at Keesler AFB, in MS.  Our boys were born 3 wks apart, and as new moms we became inseparable!  Our families remained close-knit over the years from visits (New Orleans,Denver,’Vegas) to photos, cards, notes  and   L-O-N-G conversations.  Kay and I had  our last  LONG conversation on the day before she passed. It was just as informative and full of laughs as always, closing with “I love you, we’ll talk soon.”  Kay was truly a 1-of-a-kind friend, a confidant, thoughtful and loving - exemplifying JESUS among us!  She will be SOLEY missed.

Kay was a wonderful,  kind, and loving friend.  She always had an encouraging word to share and a joyful countenance.  I will miss  our conversations,  her thoughtfulness,  and her laugh. Rest well in God's arms.

I am glad I got to meet your family over 50 years ago now.....your mother was special ...so full of life and fun to be around. Marcus told me she had passed at 90. i will look forward to seeing her soon in a realm without pain, sorrow or death! Living forever with a creator who is very very good and has an eternity of adventures to be a part of for us to enjoy. Sending our deepest condolences to the family and friends of Kay. I am so blessed to have been her neither for the past 20 years. She lifted me up and filled me with wisdom through all of our conversations. She loved my family and we truly loved her and Floyd. She will truly be missed.

Ms. Logan was my introduction to Denver East High school. A new student arriving in the middle of the school year, I was assigned as an attendance office helper.  She was the most wonderful spirit. Soft spoken but you just knew that she didn't take any mess from us students.  That was 48 years ago and I still smile at her memory. Gods blessings to the family and all that will miss her. Kay Logan was a beacon of light in me and my husband's life. She was so delightful, beautiful and kind. I have known her for 25 years. We met her and her husband Floyd when we first moved to Las Vegas.  She was so special and felt like family. We loved her and will miss her soft gentle voice. We are praying for her children and the entire family. Rest in Heaven Kay. God has received another beautiful angel.
