He is a former member of the Massapequa volunteer fire department.
He moved to Las Vegas in the 90's with his parents.
He worked at a major financial institution for many years. Later he worked at a national home improvement store.
He was a avid New York Giants and New York Rangers fan.
He also was a wealth of information on sports, music and trains.
He was preceded in death by his parents Kathleen and Warren Gulau. He is survived by his sister Diane Heller of Las Vegas and his brother Glenn Gulau of Fort Collins Colorado. Nephews Simon and Chase Gulau and niece Lindsey Gulau.
He was cremated and no services are planned.
