Hello Family.
I am Kim's Uncle Johnny Dredd, her father Socrates Dredd was my brother. I am so saddened to hear that she is no longer with us. I visited with Kim and her Mother Mattie several times at Mattie's home in Las Vegas.  I last saw Kim several years ago when my wife and I visited and had lunch with her in Las Vegas. I tried to stay in touch with her over the years, my last contact being in early 2019 when I email her and invited her to join the family for our Los Angeles family Reunion in July of 2019, so that she could reunite with all of her cousins and relatives. It is heartbreaking to know that she has passed, but very good to know that she was laid to rest at Angeles Abby Memorial Cemetery, along side of her father Socrates and mother Mattie Dredd. Hello family, my name is Ulysses Dredd Jr.  I realize that it has been a number of years since my beloved cousin passed away.   I just learned of this yesterday, as my aunt Joann inadvertently found her grave site at Abbey Cemetery.   Kim was my first cousin, my dad, Ulysses Sr and her dad, Socrates were brothers.  I share so many fond memories: going over after church to their house to play, eat.  We were on the usher board at Olive Branch Baptist church and were around each other during our young adult life.   Kim I regret not staying in touch with you and as I looked over the photos, I saw so many pictures that made me smile.   I love you and glad you are with our Lord and Savior. I have so many memories of you Queen. My cousin. Someone who made rules and set standards. But also brought joy and spread love. You are not lost you are with God in his Presence where your light can shine in all it's beauty forevermore. And we can know where to find it. I love you. I'm very sad to here the passing of Kimberley. My heartfelt prayers go out to family and friends. I had the great pleasure of meeting Kim years ago at Hays Tabernacle CME in Los Angeles years ago.
Kim joined the choir and we clicked instantly. Kim was so sweet and funny and she had a infectious way of bringing brightness to my life.

Mrs. Kim you were a mother figure to me. You were so kind, so real and so loving. I use to call you every year at 12:00am and say Happy New Year momma. You would always reply Happy New year and Good night. I will miss our talks. My thoughts instantly went to Greg. I will forever miss you and love you. May you rest in peace momma Kim.

So sad to hear this news. Didn’t get to work with you a long time, but the time that I did you made it “worth while”. You were helpful, willing, & always kind. You had bedside manner with patients and those that crossed your path which will make you unforgettable.

Kim, Although I only worked with you for a brief time I appreciate you for your work, dedication and overall REALNESS as a person and team mate. I enjoyed talking/venting to you. You're at peace now. No more pain or worries. Spread your wings and fly high my dear.
