LaNae S. MacBan age 84, passed away at Nathan Adelson Hospice April 05th 2021 following a long and courageous battle with dementia and Alzheimer’s. She was loved and admired by all who knew her. She always had the staff laughing from her sense of humor.
Born April 16, 1936 in Grand Junction, Colorado to R. Farnell and Maurine Shingleton.
In 1964 she moved her family to Las Vegas in a classic 2 tone white and green Volkswagen bus. She worked in the food and beverage industry for many years. But just like her father, she always wanted to own her own business. After a couple of learning experiences, she finally found the right business. It was called AAA Recording; she would travel all around the country to business seminars and record the speakers and sell cassettes. It was a very successful business up until she retired.
Her greatest accomplishment was being a Mother and Grandmother, her favorite past time was cooking and spending time with her family. She was a mother to eight children, 16 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
Preceded in death: Her father and mother, Richard and Maurine Shingleton. Sons Lynn and Randy Bartle and daughter Circe Ann Wilson.
Survivors: Sister Nadeane and (Sandy Sandberg) of St. George, UT; Brother Dr Richard N. Shingleton of Murray, UT; Sons Brent Bartle, David and (Isabel Corbett) all of Las Vegas, NV
Daughters: Terri Corbett-Puckett, Carrie Comrie all of Las Vegas, NV; Lori and (Paul Skendrovich) of Riverside, CA
She survived by 16 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
