Hello. I just wanted to say something. Uncle Larry- 
Your life is like a candle, it starts out proud, strong, and all the way waxed. Then the match strikes against the thread A.K.A the beginning of your life, and inches down the wax, going smoothly for good times, and the flame flares when a bump in the wax occurs. Year by year, the candle keeps burning. It keeps burning to the very last bit of wax, your last day of life. Then the wax turns to an oozing puddle of memories and good times in life, while the flame, ( you) sends the room into darkness. Your candle was a good spirited one, one that shined the brightest, gave the sweetest aroma, and drew the most attention. I will miss you.

Dear Uncle Larry,

Today in school we took poems and translated them into our own words. I brought in your bookmark with the poem "The Eternal Goodness" by J.G. Whittier so I translated the poem into my own words. Here they are  .....

My Uncle is now dead but he is protected by God. The poet is trying to say that God is stopping putting him pain. And now that God took him out of harm he cannot be harmed by anything anymore because he is up in heaven unharmed and nothing can happen to him. And my Uncle had a great life and was really fun and nice. He would take us to fun places like the Opera and have our own booth with separate doors to get to our seats but he did it because he loved us. But he had to go because he was in so much pain that it was better for him. And God is now protecting him from anything anywhere he goes he will be protected now from any harm  no matter where he is he is now protected by God forever.

At the school store I found a cool alien figurine skiing, I thought of how you and Aunt Mojay took us skiing over the winter so I bought it to remember you by.
