Leilani L. Dela Cruz

Leilani L. Dela Cruz passed away on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at Mountain View Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada at the age of 59. She was born in Laoag City, Philippines on September 1, 1957, daughter of Ernesto and Fredisvinda Labuguen. She moved to Hawaii in 1981 then relocated to Las Vegas in 2000. Leilani graduated from The Family Clinic School of Nursing in Manila, Philippines. She attained her Bachelors Degree from The State of California Board of Registered Nursing. She then continued her career as a registered nurse at Sunrise Hospital. She was a member at CNCF Las Vegas and enjoyed going to Bible Study with her sisters. In her spare time she loved shopping, going out to eat, crocheting, decorating, and caring for her dogs.

She leaves behind her son, Ricky Dela Cruz; daughter, Leigh Anne Shoma; her four sisters, Milady Siddayao, Imelda Radan, Marcella Olaes, Mely Ildefonzo; her four grandchildren, Rylee, Sadie, Raelon, Vannah; and many close friends from her work and church. Leilani was a loving mother, sister, grandmother, and friend to all that she touched in her life. She will be greatly missed and always loved by everyone who knew her.
