To the loving memory of Lena Mae Welch who left us on September 05, 2026. Lena was 96 years old, born May 05, 1930. Lena was the eldest daughter born to Ann Terry and Gregorio Tillet; she had three brothers Ernest Tillet, Harold and Hugh Broaster.
Lena is gone but is not forgotten and she will be missed dearly by her children, grandchildren, family and friends. She leaves behind four daughters; Roxana, Deseree, Sheryl, and Shauna. Her devoted nieces Eartha and Paulette, her daughter-in law Cheryl and son-in law Raymond. Grandchildren; Tanya, Rachelle, Antonietta, Nebiat, Eldred, Erron, Elwin, Christopher and Kristen. Great grandchildren; Jordan, Ryan, John III, Makhila, Ajay, Jaycob, Ayden, Oliviya, Symone, Syariah, Eli, Makhi, Harley, Jeremiah, Josiah, Jamari and her Great-great grandchild Karson. Her extended grand-children Park, Rick, John Jr. Marshay and Sequitha.
Lena migrated to the United States from Belize in the early 1960’s. She loved living in the States; she became a citizen of the U.S and made it her home. She lived in California where she worked for many years as a housekeeper. She enjoyed going to the beach, hosting dinners for her family and loved getting her family together. She lived out her last years living in Las Vegas where she loved relaxing, cleaning and enjoying the Vegas sun with her family. Lena loved her family and loved all her grandchildren.
The family is saddened by the loss of Lena Mae Welch and we come together today October 3rd, 2026, to pay our respects and love to Lena. She will be missed terribly but now she is with her father Jesus resting in his arms alongside her son, Eldred Eugene Franklin Sr.
