Lilia P. Estabillo

On January 30, 2015, at the age of 84, our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, auntie and friend passed away surrounded by her loving family in Las Vegas, Nevada. Survived by one adopted brother, Eduardo Pimentel, California.

One of 12 biological children born in the Philippines to Pantaleon and Marcelina Pimentel. She grew up in San Fernando, La Union, completing a Masters Degree in Elementary Education. She was a teacher, principal, and athletic coach for Region I - La Union Softball Team. She was one of the National Leaders in the Girl Scouts of the Philippines, La Union Chapter. Some of the things she loved included bowling and other athletic activities. She loved being involved in birthday parties, reunions and anything involving family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, eleven biological siblings, one adopted brother (Alfredo Ubungen), one son (Elpidio), and one granddaughter (Pamela May). She is survived by her children, Evelyn (Clark) Cook, Utah; Susan (Dennis) Heftie, Texas; Rudy P. (Luningning) Estabillo, Nevada; and Glenda Gurtina, Vancouver, Canada; nine grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.

There will be a viewing on Thursday, February 5, 2015 from 3 pm to 7 pm at the Palm Mortuary, 6701 North Jones Blvd., Las Vegas, Nevada, 89131.

Funeral services will be on Friday, February 6, 2015, at 12 noon at the same location. Burial services immediately following.
