She was born in Manila, Philippines, but has been a Las Vegas resident for the past 46 years. Lilia had a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. She worked as a Mental Health Technician 1 at SNAMHS and retired at the age 72 years old.
She is survived by her children, Frances Ruby, Dulce Marie and her husband Bini and Francis JR; her grandchildren, Nicole with her husband Jeremy, Melissa, David, Michael and Danielle; great grandchildren, Kalyssa and Riley; and a host of extended family members and friends. She will be dearly missed by all.
She will be cremated and no service at this time due to the pandemic of Covid 19.
