Louayne Marie Haehn

Louayne Marie Schantz was born on August 19, 1937 in Glen Ullin, North Dakota. She met the love of her life, Jerry Haehn and they were married in 1956. They raised their 3 kids in Minnesota and North Dakota. Jerry and Lou enjoyed their last 25 years together in sunny Las Vegas. Lou's pride and joy were her kids. She was happiest as a homemaker. Her children were her top priority until the end. She loved all of us unconditionally. One of the highlights of Lou's days were the joyous phone calls from her 2 loving sisters Dee and Kath and her sister in law Joan. Jerry and Lou enjoyed traveling their entire marriage. Lou often mentioned the great memories she had of the many vacations her and Jerry took with their life long friends John and Marion DiBrito. She was happiest when she was with her family in Hawaii. Lou was preceded in death by her parents, Christ and Anne Schantz, and husband Jerry. She is survived by her 3 children Becky (Moore, MT), Cindy (Fargo, ND) John (Julie), (Hurricane, UT). Sisters Dee Knopik and Kath Kopp. Sister in law Joan Bodoh and her grandchildren, Steven (Jennifer),James (Rachel) Jenny, Shane, Samantha and Chase. We love you Mama. We miss you and one day we will see you in Heaven.
