Louise B. Medlock was born in Brooksville, Mississippi to Tom Barnett & Mattie Barnett on May 18, 1937. She married James Medlock in 1956. They moved to Las Vegas in 1960, to join our Aunt Sarah and Uncle Raleigh. She worked at the Stardust Hotel as an Inspectress in Housekeeping for 30 years, then, moved to Binion Horseshoe as a Utility Porter Supervisor. Preceding her in death is her husband, James Medlock, her son Sherman Medlock, her brother Sonny Barnett and her parents. She leaves to cherish her memory, four Daughters, Harriett Medlock, Diane Bass (Greg Bass) Beverly Bryant (Dexter Bryant) of Las Vegas and Amanda Medlock of Birmingham, Alabama; two Sons James Medlock, Jr. of Birmingham, Alabama and Michael Medlock (Bridgena) of Las Vegas, one Sister, Willie Mae of Birmingham, Alabama, fourteen Grand Children, and a host of Great Grand Children, Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces, Great Nephews, Cousins and Friends.
