Louise "Lulu" Wenzel

Louise Tegano – Wenzel “Lulu” a.k.a. Cheesecake Louise, 72, of Las Vegas passed away Saturday, May 9, 2015 in her home. Louise was born May 18, 1942 in Brooklyn, NY to Guiseppi and Sadie Tegano. Louise married her soulmate, Paul Wenzel, on Nov. 25, 1961. Louise loved her family and friends and treasured being surrounded by them. She will be remembered for her heart of gold, infectious laugh, her love for animals, the many occasions she opened her home as a place to gather for celebrations and of course Lulu’s famous cheesecakes & cream puffs. She is preceded in death by her sisters; Mae and Pam, brothers; Joe, Frank F., Frank T., Ralph and son in law Bob. Louise is survived by her husband Paul, her children; Paul (Cindy), Patty (Bob) and Tom (Amy), her grandchildren; Jessica, Leighann, Dana and Audrey, sisters; Angie and Santa, brothers; Tony and Ignatius and many nieces, nephews and dearest friends.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, May 17th from 12:00 – 2:00 with funeral services to begin at 2:00, at Palm Mortuary, 7400 W Cheyenne Ave. Las Vegas.
