Loy graduated from Rancho High School in 1973. He joined the Marine Corp. that same year. He finished his retail career as an optician and retired in 2017.
He is survived by his wife of 31 years Jodie and his 9 children, John, Brian, Mark, Breanna, Heather, Matthew, Jake, Rachel, Hailey ;his 11 grandchildren, Logan, Brandon, Evan, Ryan, Aidan, Ashley, Ashlynne, Bethany, Charlotte, Luke, Evelyn: his 4 sisters, Ann,Caroline, Rebecca, Jane: His brother Mark.
We will miss his sense of humor, his handyman repairs, his never-ending stories, and most of all his courageous spirit and love for his family. We are blessed we will one day see him again in heaven.
