Maria Silvia Vidrio De Castro

It would be wrong to say that our mom lost her battle because she never stopped fighting. No matter how sick she was, she was always determined. When anyone else would have broken, Mom was strong. Through her, we know what strength and determination truly looked like. There was no quitting in Her. Just because she is no longer here, it doesn’t mean she lost her fight.

María Silvia Vidrio De Castro, passed away March 11th, 2021. She was born July 10th 1966, to the union of Agustin Vidrio and Clara Lopez in Sinaloa, Mexico. She married her child hood sweet heart Jaime Castro, and had three beautiful children, Anna Clara Castro, Angelica Castro, and Jaime Castro. Silvia loved to dance, sew and crochet. Silvia’s biggest treasures were her three grandkids Solange Cervantes, Sebastián Orozco, and Lailani Rose Castro. Silvia worked as a porter for the station casinos for 12 years and was very loved by all her friend’s coworkers.

Silvia was a great wife, mother, sister, aunt and an amazing grandmother. She was always surrounded by great family and friends and she was full of love and laughter.

Sería un error decir que nuestra madre perdió la batalla porque nunca dejó de luchar. No importa lo enferma que estuviera, siempre estaba decidida. Cuando alguien más se hubiera roto, mamá era fuerte. A través de ella, sabemos cómo eran realmente la fuerza y la determinación. No hubo renuncia en Ella. María Silvia Vidrio De Castro, falleció el 11 de marzo de 2021. Nació el 10 de julio de 1966. De la unión de Agustín Vidrio y Clara López en Sinaloa, México. Se casó con su dulce corazón de niña, Jaime Castro, y tuvo tres hermosos hijos, Anna Clara Castro, Angélica Castro y Jaime Castro. A Silvia le encantaba bailar, coser y hacer crochet. Los mayores tesoros de Silvia eran sus tres nietos Solange Cervantes, Sebastián Orozco y Lailani Rose Castro. Silvia trabajó como portera para los casinos de la estación durante 12 años y todos sus amigos compañeros de trabajo la querían mucho.

Silvia fue una gran esposa, madre, hermana, tía y una abuela increíble. Siempre estuvo rodeada de una gran familia y amigos y estaba llena de amor y risas.
