Ms.Goode, I am heartbroken to discover your passing. You were my 2nd and 4th grade teacher. I am now 26 years old, in school to be an educator. 

You frequently visit my thoughts as I remember what it was like to be a student. You were by far, my favorite teacher and made the biggest impact in my life. You have inspired me to make a difference. Much of the school system failed me, but you never did. I was considered a gifted student, yet you were the only teacher that challenged me. I will never forget how much you pushed all your students to keep growing. I will never forget all the lunch breaks you gave up to discuss the book, Little Women. Once we were done reading the book, we watched the movie during your lunch break as well. And every day, more of my classmates joined to watch. You gave me the movie on VHS to keep afterwards and I still have it. 

I am going into this career to inspire and touch students hearts and brains, like you did for me. My goal is to be the teacher you were for me. Thank you for everything. 

We were deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Marsha. We have such WONDERFUL memories that we will forever cherish of Marsha and her involvement on the Cape and particularly at Trinity. She is now been welcomed into the best place she can possibly be! A place where she is to struggle no more! A place where she shall be forever safe and at total peace in the love and presence of her Heavenly Father! We LOVE you, Dennis, Shannon, & Dameon! Our thoughts & prayers are with you all during this very difficult time!
