

Marsha Faye Holt passed away on December 9, 2024 at her home in Las Vegas, NV, after a long battle with kidney disease. During all of this, her faith never wavered, and she praised God to the end.
Marsha was born November 26, 1961 in Greenville,Mississippi. Her family moved to Pacoima, California in 1964, where Marsha attended Filmore Elementary, Maclay Jr. High, and San Fernando High School. After High School Marsha became a Personal Care Assistant, and continued this profession throughout her life.
She became an Ordained Pastor in November of 2007, and worked with the homeless. Marsha loved to care for people, and opened her heart, and home to many throughout the years.
Marsha liked to cook, play games on her phone, and talk to her loved ones.
She is the mother of four children- Krischanda Miller, Celeste Osborn, Shatara Morris, and Michael Carr.
Marsha is survived by her four children; her sisters - Janis Holt and Teresa Holt; three brothers - Howard Holt, Calvin Holt, and Marcus Holt; eleven grandchildren and one great grandchild, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by father Charley Holt and mother Celeste Holt 1 sister Angela Holt host of uncles, aunts, and cousins.
