Marvin Milstein, 74, of North Las Vegas, passed away Monday, May 23, 2011. He was born October 7, 1936, in Chicago, Illinois, and was a 7-year resident of North Las Vegas. Marvin was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and friend. Everyone knew him as “Groovy.” Marvin is survived by his beloved wife, Harriet; son, Marc (Judith) Milstein; daughter, Robin (Roel) Acevedo; grandchildren, Jason, Jessica and Ashley Acevedo and Isabella and Ian Milstein; sister-in-law, Evelyn Tenenbaum. Service will be at 11a.m. Friday, May 27, 2011 at Palm Mortuary Northwest, 6701 North Jones Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89131 with burial to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Creekside Hospice.
