Mary Jo Holman, 89, a homemaker, of Las Vegas, passed away Friday, Oct. 15, 2010. She was born Oct. 10, 1921, in Penn, Mo., and was an 18-year resident of Nevada. Mary Jo was preceded in death by her husband, William Charles Holman. She is survived by her two daughters, Cassandra Elizabeth Smith of Henderson, and Denise Luella Pfau of Las Vegas; aunt, Allene Harris of Athens, Ga.; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be at 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 22, at Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave. Donations can be made to Infinity Hospice, 6759 W. Charleston Blvd. #150, Las Vegas, NV 89146.
