Mary H. Kozlowski, 69, of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away on February 16, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and devotion to her family and friends.

Born on September 19, 1956, in San Antonio, Texas, Mary spent much of her life in Chicago, Illinois, where she built lifelong friendships and memories. In 2004, she moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, where she continued to create a warm and welcoming home and remained until her passing.

Mary found happiness in the simple joys of life. She loved doing crafts, often creating heartfelt treasures for those she loved. She was an avid reader, especially fond of Stephen King novels, and she rarely missed a chance to enjoy a good bingo game. Her warmth, humor, and generous spirit made her a cherished presence in the lives of many.

Mary shared 34 loving years with her devoted partner, Thomas Grace. She was a proud and loving mother to Terrie (Breck), Holly (Orlando), and Jonathan. She was preceded in death by her sons Michael and James, whom she carried in her heart always. Mary was also an honorary mother to Daniel, who held a special place in her life.

Her greatest joy was her family. She was a beloved grandmother to Danielle, Dominick, Thomas, Ryan, Dana, Rebecca, Nikki, Jamie, and Olivia. Each of her grandchildren brought her immense pride and happiness.

Mary will be remembered for her caring heart, her quiet strength, and the love she gave so freely. Her memory will live on in the many lives she touched.
