Fran was born on February 28, 1939 in Laesa, Texas. The family moved to Pomona, California, where she graduated in 1948 and attended Pomona Junior College.
Fran was an amazing woman; daughter, wife, sister, aunt, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great grandmother, and friend.
She was known as Fran, Grama Fran or Grama Ba, and was cherished and loved by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William Ocie and Lela F. Childers Grady, her husband, John McCallick IV, brother, Edwin Earl Grady, daughter, Beth Framjee, sons Steven Gadegaard and John McCallick III, and son-in-law, Jeffery H Lewis.
Her family plans to hold a memorial in her honor and her ashes will be scattered in Ruidoso, New Mexico, her favorite place. Fran lived life to the fullest, and that was something to be admired. She will be greatly missed.
