SSgt. Matthew Alan Moore, 26, formerly of Cedar Falls, passed away Monday, March 13, 2017, at Mike O'Callaghan Federal Medical Center at Nellis Air Force Base, Las Vegas, NV. He was born in Orange Park, FL on September 12, 1990, to Michael and Cathy Moore. In addition to his parents, Matt is survived by his wife, Nino (Javakhishvili), his brother Nathan, grandparents Fred and Naomi Moore and Mary Beth Frazee. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Norman Frazee. Services and military rites were held on Monday, March 20, 2017, at Palm Northwest Mortuary in Las Vegas, NV, before coming home to Cedar Falls.
