Michael Anthony Glora Sr.

Michael A. (Mike) Glora, 80, of Las Vegas passed away Wednesday, April 6, 2017. He was born October 16, 1936 to Esther and Francis Glora in Los Angeles, CA. He is survived by his son, Michael; daughter, Patricia and her husband Bill; grandchildren, Jenna, Hunter, Luke, and Sam; great grandchild, Ryker. He joins his beloved wife, Donna Glora, who predeceased him on June 2, 1998. Mike served in the U.S. Army for 3 years and retired after a long career as a nuclear licensing specialist. Mike will also be greatly missed by all his friends and furry companions at the Poppy Foundation cat rescue, where he was a devoted volunteer during his retirement. The family requests that all gifts and memorials are in the form of a donation to the Poppy Foundation, 6620 Sky Pointe Dr, Las Vegas, NV, 89131. Graveside services will be held Friday, May 5, 2017 at 9:00am at Bunker's Memory Gardens Memorial Park, 7251 W Lone Mountain Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89129. Mike will be deeply missed by his family and friends. "Rest in Peace, Mike. You will remain in our hearts forever".
