Nelly Rodriguez Pabon, beloved sister of Nancy Rice (Rodriguez), died December 19, 2012 at Centennial Hills Hospital, Las Vegas NV. She was preceded in death by her mother and father Inocencia and Rafael. Nelly was born March 9, 1950 in Mayaguez, PR, and was a long time resident of Bayamon PR. She will return home and be laid to rest at Porta Coeli Cemetery. She will be greatly missed.
