Oliver “Sam” Slesser, 71, a retired electronic technician, of Las Vegas, passed away March 20, 2013. He was born December 25, 1941 in Hummelstown, Pennsylvania, and had been a resident of Nevada for 17 years. Sam is survived by his two children, Mark (Patricia) Slesser and Christine (Troy) Justesen; six grandchildren, Jenell Slesser, Marissa, Erin, Ryan, Ian and Alexandra Justesen; two half sisters, Ruth Fies and Fern Chaijkowski. A visitation will be held on March 23rd from 11am to 3pm at Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89129. Arrangements under the direction of Palm South Jones Mortuary, Las Vegas, NV.
