I wrote these words to Pat a few hours before she died, she never got to read them but I still believe she heard me:

"Dear Pat, you are a wonderful daughter, sister and friend. You are a strong and loving mother, wife and grandmother. You are a compassionate and kind mother-in-law. I want you to know that I will take care of your son and grandsons. I will strive to make you proud. You made a difference in this life. I wish you peace."
Love, Hope

I have so many good memories of my Auntie Pat, that I cannot
pick just one. She was my friend, my confidante and a very special person to me. There will never be anyone in my life that can replace her. She was definitely one of a kind in everyway.
I will think of her fondly on hockey nights and on St Pat's day.
My thoughts and prayers go out to Uncle Kurt and the rest of the
family.
Love you all so much!

Auntie Pat: You and I always had a special bond. You are my auntie but also my 2nd mom. All the talks and fun times we had...all the love, kindness, generosity you gave me all unconditionally and without asking for anything in return. I will miss chatting with you, but you are always in my heart. Cancer may have ended your earthly life, but it can't end the memories. Rest in peace my wonderful Auntie! Love you always and forever. Love, Missy, Steve and "Stevearino"
