Pearl Leona Stout-Campbell

Pearl L. Stout was born on July 22, 1947 in Delhi, LA to Tommie Lee Stout Sr. and Roberta Jones Stout. She was the first grandchild to both the Jones and Stout Family. She has 3 siblings: Girtha Stout, Tommie Lee Stout Jr, and Ella Stout-Spalding She accepted Jesus Christ at an early age of eleven and was baptized as a member of MT. Zion Baptist Church, in Delhi, LA. She attended Waverley high school in Crowville, LA. She graduated college from Grambling State University in Jan 1970. Later on she moved to Barstow, CA with her Aunt Artemease Boyd before graduating college where she then moved to Las Vegas, NV in 1970 with her Aunt Lula Stout.

She worked as an account clerk for Pan American Airlines starting April of 1970, then on to the Atomic Energy Commission in April of 1971 as an auditor where she later became the Energy Research and Developer Administrator in 1977 until she retired on Oct 31,1997. She continued working with Victory Missionary Baptist Church as one of the church secretaries and with the other different ministries in the church until her death; including: the El Jen Ministry, Victory choir, DWIC, and Hannah Circle.

Pearl had one child, Johnna Lynette Weatherspoon (51). She had four grandchildren, Jackee Fisher (34), Martelious Williams (31), Kimara Williams (30), and Gregory Hollis Jr (27). She had two goddaughters, Mandii Deveraux (Rob) and Ivanna Jennings. She later married John Campbell in 2002 and later Widowed in 2013. She has two great grandchildren, Jamiyah and Joshua (11). Jamiyah preceded her great grandmother in death 10 years before.

Even though everybody was not mentioned, she leaves behind a very large group of family and friends that will always remember her in good and bad times.
